I had a fantastic stay at the Grand Hotel River Park. From the moment we arrived, everything felt luxurious and welcoming. It was such a thoughtful touch and genuinely made my day. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, and the staff throughout the hotel were warm, professional, and helpful.
