The receptionist (Dory) was so pleasent and accommodating. Super friendly and helpful. We were able to put our bikes in a locked secure garage. The hotel is a classic European with a room that matches the vintage of the hotel. Huge bathtub in our bathroom if that's important to you. (#28)

luxury hotel but unfortunately in wrong place, in a village by main road 3 miles north of Komarmo. but has no bar nor restaurant, there is a services next door but shuts at 18.00hrs. found myself having to go back to Komarno and I was cycling which spoilt things couldn't rate hotel or staff high enough for their help and warm welcome

The owners/managers of the apartments were outstandingly friendly and accommodating, and didn‘t mind even though I checked in really quite late in the evening. Europe square has some novelty charm to it, with an assemblage of architectural styles from nominally all the different countries on the continent. I had originally planned to stay at the apartment with a friend. It is very generously sized - it would have been comofortably roomy enough for two people.

Everything was very clean, the apartment has everything you need and more. Nice view to the backyard and the beds are very comfy! I asked Silvia for an iron and she provide the complete iron set in seconds! I'm definitely looking forward to stay again in this excellent accommodation.

I enjoyed staying in Komarno, as it is generally a lovely town, with an excellent location, with nice history, very tasty food and excellent weather. People are friendly and helpful and there are various things to do including visiting various hot and cold mineral spring baths which are very healthy. I highly recommend visiting Komarno and same time other close by towns in Slovakia and Hungary.

Very green, small but lovely city center, walks along the river Danube or kilometres of cycling path heading north along the river Vah. The city fortress, long abandoned and needing some reconstruction, but spectacular to walk through.

Good facilities, very friendly lady at reception. Even though the reception closes at 2100, the hotel was able to arrange for a late check in and even rang me to give me instructions. Clean, large rooms.
