Something went wrong with the air conditioning in my standard room, and I was immediately upgraded to a suite — I really appreciated how quickly the staff responded. Although there is no traditional reception desk, communication is extremely fast and efficient. They also approved my early check-in right away, which was very convenient. The parking system is automated — you just need to provide your license plate number and everything works smoothly. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. There is an elevator, and the shared kitchen is a fantastic bonus — clean, well-equipped, and very useful. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is absolutely exceptional — spotless and truly impressive.
