- The residence consists of a cottage with two floors, the first for the guests and the second for the owner of the residence. - The location is good and has Privacy due to the lack of houses next to it, and it overlooks the forests and the owner's farm and a village Trebca Vas، It is quiet, especially during the night, and you can sleep deeply without noise . - Shops and groceries are not accessible by walking, and can be reached by car from 5 to 15 minutes, but the beautiful thing is that you can walk around and visit the nearby nearby villages as they are beautiful and well worth it. - The house is equipped with a washing machine and a drying machine as well, and the kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker and Bread Toaster Machine. - The Wi-Fi network is very excellent and strong. - There are pets on the farm such as the dog Snoopy and his wife, Where the apartment was named after the dog, in addition to the cat and chickens, and near the residence you can also watch horses, and if you are lucky you may see some deer and foxes. - We are definitely thinking about coming back someday. - Owners of the house ( Alesh & Katya ) & Their children :- * are very friendly and they waited for us, greeted us, welcomed us and explained everything related to the accommodation and the area. • We felt comfortable and safe with them because they check on us on a daily basis, ask about our day how it was and where we went, and give us advice. • With them, you feel at home with your family. • They were generous and generous, they gave us fresh eggs and vegetables from their farm, and we found peach tea in the fridge as well as fresh honey from their apiaries. • They served us the apple and cheese pies, which are very tasty, and Katya baked them, and they Ate tea we prepared for them. • They plan to bring some horses and bicycles to the customers, they are very good and always think about the comfort and enjoyment of the customers.

This is the best place we have stayed at for a while. There’s not a lot going on in the area, so it’s quiet and peaceful. The place has incredible views, a nice pool and most importantly, amazing hosts. The whole family is very kind and the food, both breakfasts and dinners were amazing. Great food quality, with locally sourced ingredients, homemade sausages, ham and bread. Also: the family dog and the neighborhood dogs are super cute, friendly and cuddly. We hope to be back!

We stayed here for one night and had breakfast the next morning. The apartment was spacious and modern with all the necessary facilities available and extra (for example the microwave). The apartment was clean and the beds comfortable. We had two bedrooms with four single beds. The only minus point which isn't necessarily that bad is that air conditioning is only in the living room. However, because the local climate I guess opening the window at night would have been enough to keep the room cool enough for sleeping. Or keeping the two bedroom doors open while the air conditioning is cooling out the main room. The staff when we arrived were friendly. There is a restaurant at the premises where we had late dinner and there were a local band singing really nice to a couple of tables which was really nice to witness. The highlight was the breakfast! Our table was already set and it looked like a big buffet with everything you could possibly want to eat and we were also offered eggs and cooked sausages. This sort of hospitality gave us the Balkans vibes. The location was as expected, a bit far from the motorway but once we were there we could see that a bakery was only a few meters away from the property and there were supermarkets and other restaurants which we didn't have time to visit. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay and a super friendly owner and staff so we would gladly stay here again.

We had an amazing stay. The hosts were extremely helpfull and friendly and always responded straight away to our messages. The place was incredibly clean and settled in a beautiful location. We and our kids had a great sleep as the beds were super comfortable and and it was completely silent in the night. The breakfast was huge with a lot to chose from and very cheap. The house is beautiful with the antique furniture and the cute style. We especially recommend it to anyone travelling with young kids.

Nice and quiet location with great views of the surrounding area. The nearby village of Dobrava is just a couple of minutes away by car or 15 minutes by foot down the road if you decide to walk. The small city of Žužemberk, is also nearby, 6 minutes by car. If you love trails, hill above offers some and you can climb the top, Piramida (565m).

The town is dominated by its imposing castle overlooking the Krka River. Several restaurants and cafes are available. It's an ideal base for hikes and excursions, for example to Novo Mesto or Ljubljana. However, Zuzemberk is about 60 km from the motorway.
