The Panorama B and B was a sheer delight! The family is absolutely the key to this place. They respond to every question with an interest in the guest, they have the grounds and rooms immaculately maintained, and they speak many languages between them. You feel at home! The breakfast offers everything the guest would want. And the location! the hilltop perch is surrounded with gardens and lawns so you feel like you're miles out of the town yet the view is spectacular. We loved our short stay and would return tomorrow if possible. Thank you for your hospitality!

I rarely go to trouble in order to write an extensive review, but i must say this for our host, Peter: Nowadays, when almost every accomodation is cold and faceless, you get some code or some keys and never get to see your host, who most probably is a company that bought 10 apartments, Peter is a rarity, an oasis. It's a real home, taken care of impeccably, with every amenity one can need, super clean and spacious, but what wins hearts immediately is the small gestures of kindness, like the home-grown tomatoes or the eggs from Peter's chicken waiting for us in the fridge. God bless you Peter, you made our last night in our Slovenian vacation one to remember!

Everything was perfect. The house is lovely, clean, the kitchen is well equipped, we had everything we needed. The host, Valeria, even left some delicious homemade jam in the fridge, as well as butter, eggs and many more. There were towels in the bathroom, even shampoo and showergel. The little garden in the back was perfect for morning coffee or evening chill. The rooms were clean very nicely decorated. It felt very cosy. Valeria even prepared a little blanket and a bowl for our dog, that was really nice of her :)

The location is very nice and quiet, but if you need to use the bus remember to check and plan in advance they can be up to 90 mins apart. There are two big super markets literally next to the accommodation which is very convenient.

Fantastic old town with free parking (for once!) Just outside city , was beautiful up at the top at sunset, there is a pretty walk along the river which takes you to z Thermal centre where you cam book in for treatments

Ptuj is a lovely old town with much history.

Ptuj is a lovely old town with much history. My husband was born there so I have visited many times and was very happy to see how the tourism has become more popular in the last 2 years. However Ptuj is still a very relaxed town with a nice cafe culture and some lovely restaurants with both modern and traditional food. A walk up to the old castle is a must as is a stroll along the river. The town boasts the oldest wine cellar with delicious wines on offer. The old cobbled streets can be a little steep for some and many choose to get around on bicycles. The town looks beautiful when all lit up on the evening especially the view from the river

Very nice historic town by the lake and river.

Very nice historic town by the lake and river. You have to see is the castle and its museums. You definitely should enjoy the breathtaking view of the surroundings. The Kurentova hiša museum in the city center is also great. We appreciated the nice interpretation of the guide who introduced us to an interesting local custom. I recommend eating at the fish restaurant Gostilna Ribič or at the restaurant Gostilna Amadeus. If someone likes ice cream, then I recommend Sladoled Deti at Slomškova street 14 where you can get a huge cone of great ice cream for 1.8 euros.

I loved it! The town has a very good vibe.

I loved it! The town has a very good vibe. Despite the old town not being very full of people, it is pretty amazing. We had the opportunity to have a tour guide, whom I highly recommend. She shared many interesting and funny facts or legends about this beautiful place. We stayed just for two nights, but next time I would love to take a bike trip around, visit the castle, and enjoy the spirit in the Music Cafe or the town cinema (the oldest cinema in Slovenia. :)

The accommodations were excellent.

The accommodations were excellent. Room was a perfect size, super clean, updated and comfortable bed. Breakfast and coffee were just what we wanted. We left with a full belly. Host was amazing. Answered all our questions and more! Location was within an easy walking distance to all local sightseeing buildings and restaurants.

the restaurant was good , but the hotel was not ,

the restaurant was good , but the hotel was not , the shared bathroom was not clean , the overall impression run down , reception busy with the restaurant , had much better experience in most of the other places i booked with you . first day breakfast ( 17. may ) both unfriendly and poor . no black tea . can not be recommended .

We loved everything at Sobe Prostja. We loved the location in the old town, the old, but beautiful accommodation, which was also spacious and comfortable. We also loved the authenticity of the accommodation and our landlord Andrej, who made our experience of Ptuj one that we will never forget. The included breakfast was good and the coffee was superb. We will go back in a heartbeat and can really recommend staying at Sobe Prostja.

This is a true gem. Located perfectly in the old town of Ptuj. Great garden with drinks. No noise at all from the garden in the room. The room as well as the whole interior is masterfully and cheerfully designed. It is very clean and very comfortable. The hosts are friendly and easy to communicate. My only regret is that we stayed only one night!

Hotel is located just in Ptuj town center in very beautiful historical buildings, the hidden jam of hotel is inner hotel garden. We appreciated perfect service of reception, who helped us select best tours around town and recommended also best local wines provided by hotel.

It's a small hotel with a casino, which is great! The rooms are clean and tidy, small but sufficient if you'll be spending most of your time exploring the city of Ptuj. The reception staff were friendly and explained everything about our stay.
