The staff was amazing in particular a man who also spoke English and Italian. We.would switch between the two when he did not know something in English. And they prepared something for me and my wife who has allergies to Gluten and brought it to our room as we had a young baby who needed sleep. And even helped us with a mechanic as we were having a little bit of issues with our car. Would definitely recommend. Lovely environment, great staff, so glad we booked here!

We loved our stay at the hotel. We are on a trip to Europe and it was the best so far. The room was large, the facilities were excellent and extremely clean, but the highlight was the service! The Hotel was brilliant welcoming and loved walking into it. Staff amazing ,the Gym was out of this world great equipment and friendly people , The restaurant was really good delicious coffee and again great staff. The wellness centre was so nice to have massage was so relaxing as was spa and steam rooms , Slovinia is a great place and id recommend this hotel even if not in the heart of the city its location was easy to get to the city by taxi or public transport.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, room is very new, perfectly clean, bed is comfy, bathroom to the last detail. We got the bikes from the hotel complementary which was a nice touch and an unexpected bottle of Slovenian white wine! Thank you for everything, we will definitely come back to WUD in our next visit to Ljubljana.
