It was amazing experience! The staff is super friendly! and very helpful! you can get advices and all the help you need. This is not an usual approach and I loved to stay there. Also, a cosy coffee and cake corner make you feel as at home! the facilities are modern and renovated. Everything is super clean. Highly recommended! I give this facility 10+!

What a beautiful, historic, charming town that most people have never heard of! One of Slovenia's best-kept secrets! I took the ferry from Piran to Venice, which is why I came here. But I wish I could have stayed a few days more to fully explore the area, which is absolutely lovely!

Piran is a beautiful town to visit.

Piran is a beautiful town to visit. The view of it from the Walls of Piran is stunning. Great places to eat and some lovely beaches for swimming. It is quite small, so can be done quite quickly, but there are some great marked walks around the area along the coast with stunning views across to Izola and Trieste... Portoroz on the Southern side of the headland has a really nice beachfront.

It was a lovely city, but you must be able to walk steep...

It was a lovely city, but you must be able to walk steep hills to get there or take bus. A lot of walking and no parking, as with most cities. The beach is rocky, so you would want water shoes. It's totally on the peninsula. Bus into town is 1 Euro from the cemetery downhill from the property we stayed at, but limited schedule.

Great town to explore, enjoy the walls, Tartini Square, swim in the Adriatic, take a walking tour with a wine and olive oil tour. And, if you like, there's a ferry to Venice, an easy trip to Trieste, or even take a trip into wine country. But if you just want to stay still and enjoy the pace and charm of the city, you won't be disappointed!

Liked · A bit difficult as I had a different SIM card in but the messages were not going through to my new number. Once the host and I figured this out, it was easy to access. Great location, very central and close to all that you want to see. Disliked · While there is air conditioning in the main rooms, it didn't quite reach the bedroom. My partner and I love a cooler bedroom so it was a bit warm for us.

we were glad we didn't stay in the town itself. We were looking for a relaxed couple of days after a busy time in Bovec and Bohinj. Staying a little out of town and heading to Strunjan for the day was great.

Incredibly kind and genuinely caring staff; a true reflection of warm Slovenian hospitality from everyone at the hotel. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The location couldn’t be better. 👌 If you’re parking in the lot just outside of town, be sure to bring your ticket with you as the hotel can validate it and offer you a discount. There’s also a convenient shuttle bus every 10 to 15 minutes that takes you back to the parking lot for just $1 each way.

Perfect location by the beach with great views, peace at night, walking distance to lively Piran, nice staff, good breakfast, pleasant rooms, nice looking small boutique hotel, free parking at the hotel, refrigerator in rooms, shared balkonies (if you room doesn't have its own), 4 different restaurants (including its own in hotel) in close proximity and countless in Piran, relatively good value for money comparing prices of similar hotels in the area. All in all, highly recommended.

Great localisation - next to main square of Piran. There is terrace where You can eat breakfast : ) Owners are very helpful and nice - they answer fast to calls and booking messages. You get discount for parking in Garage Arze. In kitchen You can find basic products for cooking like oil pfeffer, salt etc. It is easy to reach this appartment with car - You do not have to go through any narrow streets : )

Had a room with sea view and balcony which, despite the rainy weather, was ideal. Room reasonably good size. Location was ideal and they have really nailed the system for those with cars - found it easy to drive to the hotel, drop off bags and then get picked up from the parking garage after. Piran is really a car free zone anyway and so easy to walk everywhere.
