The room was unbelievable with a huge window and automatic window shutters. The room was spotless. The view from the hotel was straight from a movie and the owners were very very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was luxurious. Definitely recommend. The saddest part was that we had to leave for another city for the next night, so we only spent one night here. Thank you for having us <3

The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was excellent, tasty with a lot of choices. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The receptionist Ana was outstanding! She was happy to help and answer all questions. Plenty of parking spots, although I arrived with my bicycle. They also have storage rooms available for the bycicles.

We parked at Europark, then walked to the old town center...

We parked at Europark, then walked to the old town center and Lent area. Everything is close, no need to worry about the distances. The squares are nice, as well as the castle. We walked till the park and went up to the Piramida lookout. It was worth it(20-30 min walk), the view is the best from there! We did not have time to visit Pohorje (via cable car), which I miss a little bit, but maybe next time :)

A very lovely town with fewer tourists so one can enjoy the centuries -old atmosphere. Excellent restaurants especially in the main square. A lovely walk 30 minutes along the river with a local restaurant at its end. The local Art Museum was a really beautiful experience---the works of art varied and of super interest. Local vineyard scenery most enjoyable to savour---good photos!

A pretty charming place.

A pretty charming place. A good amount of restaurants could be found and there were plenty of coffee shops and bars. The walk along the river is lovely as there are lots of swans. The oldest vine in the world is pretty. It's close to Ptuj, which is also worth a visit while in Maribor.

We've only had a few hours in Maribor, like 8-10 hours, but...

We've only had a few hours in Maribor, like 8-10 hours, but I wish we stayed maybe a day. We managed to stroll a bit within the old town, went to the Piramida Hill and visited the castle and the Basilica of Our Mother of Mercy church. This city has more to offer and I wish we had more time. We've had dinner at GALA ŽAR, which is a small traditional Slovenian restaurant, The staff there was friendly, but their english was not very good. The food was good.

Maribor is a lovely town with a fascinating history. If you're into wine & wine making this is the place to go to. We had as wonderful guide, Klara at VIN AG1847, she was lovely, attentive and very entertaining.

Maribor is a very beutiful city.

Maribor is a very beutiful city. During our stay there was very big family party in the park where we spend a lot of time with kids. We also loved the river and city center. Parking was available and paying instructions were very clear.

Good hotel located on walking distance from the city center. We were accommodated in a suite apartment; spacious bedroom with comfortable beds, large bathroom, but completely unnecessary anteroom with, I guess, an old and too big working desk. That space would work better as a proper living room with a TV and some couch. The TV is in the bedroom. We parked in the street next to the hotel, where parking is free during the weekend. Very polite and helpful staff at the reception.

Breakfast is only for the ones in the standard rooms, we had an apartment so without breakfast. But the kitchenette was big enough and with plenty of tools :). The space is great as you have a double bed, a sofa for 2 and a "lounge armchair". Parking big enough for a few cars :) but I do not think that there is a parking spot for each room :) Location, decently close to the city center, very close to the river :) All in all, perfect place for 1 night or more :)

Close to city, private appartment. Very well equipped, clean and spacious (nr5). Friendly and carefull stuff. Appartments have everything you would need for even longer stay. We stayed just 1 night, but it was the best experience for our family. The best choice for Maribor!
