⭐⭐⭐⭐ A pleasant surprise after a difficult start! I called with a basic question about check-in, and the lady was very informed and kind. The instructions I received before arrival were crystal clear (unlike what previous guests mentioned). The location is indeed in an industrial area/among offices, but the interior is modern and very comfortable. Access is now truly simple, thanks to the new, well-placed signs.

This was our third year in Hotel Toplice, and we absolutely love this place. Very high cleaning standards, nice and professional staff, great food, spacious hotel with big rooms and nice restaurant. Convenient rubber bracelets for your wrist that can be used to open your room door or purchase (on room charge) snacks, drinks, and food in the restaurants located by the pools. Free parking. Lovely surroundings with amusement park, cafe/cake shop, grocery, and local souvenir shops.

Beautiful ambience and atmosphere. The room delighted us, the beautiful wallpaper on the wall gives the feeling as if you have stepped into the past. Neat and clean, the bathroom is spacious and bright. The receptionist and waiter delighted us with his knowledge of the history, myths and legends of the castle, as well as interesting facts about the surrounding towns. We will definitely visit this wonderful place again.
