This holiday was a dream for all of us in this small cute house! The arrangement of the rooms, the design of the living room, and the dining room are wonderful. The equipment in the kitchen lets no more wishes. We loved the nice bug terrace with the sitting corner. And the silence all around. Additionally, we got the snow, and a bit of winter as present from the nature! My kids could play endlessly in the fresh snow. We will definitely miss the house, we just fell in love with it.

Real nice quiet location. View over the lake. Hosts were were very kind! The lodge has a really nivce livingroom in which you can relax. We has a super nice room with a view on the lake. Host Marc tiold us a lot about history of the really old lodge! This is an unqique place which we will try to visit again once!

One of the best places we ever stayed, it is literally 'at the and of the road' and such a beautiful scenery around. Everything is readily available (wifi, fireplace, bathroom, full kitchen etc). Recommended to everyone looking for nice and quiet place around this area!

Our expectations were exceeded here. The accommodation is idyllically situated in the forest, not far from the main house, but still very private. The view from the room was fantastic and we also liked the decoration in the cabin. The beautiful Källberg trail, which is about 3 km long and has been specially marked by the hosts, starts right outside the door. The cabin has a very clean dry toilet and an induction hob. In the main house there is also a normal toilet, a shower, an outdoor shower, a sauna, a well-equipped kitchen, a small store and a lounge. There are also a number of activities on offer, including free kayak hire on a nearby lake. We stayed here with our dog and really enjoyed our stay. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely come back. Thank you Maria, your family and your German helper.

Our stay in Sweden left the best impression. Although we didn’t meet the hosts in person, we felt very welcomed – everything was perfectly prepared for our arrival. The cottage was extremely tidy, cozy, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, so from the very first moment, we felt at home. The surrounding nature was simply enchanting, providing a sense of peace and relaxation. We are glad we chose this place and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful retreat in nature.

Lovely Swedish house in the woods, peace and quiet place for slow-life holidays. We had a great white christmas stay for our family of 5. A little surprice with the water quality in the tap, would be great to know to buy drinking water in advance. The house has everything you need and more. The host was responsive and very helpful, we got all extras we asked for and very flexible with check-in/check out.

Torsby, and the surrounding area (and I'm liberally...

Torsby, and the surrounding area (and I'm liberally including Sunne, Ekshärad, etc.) offers so much, although you should probably have access to a car to really enjoy it. If I had to recommend a few things, it would be staying at Sahlströmsgården, eating motti, enjoying nature, and visiting surrounding communities.

The campsite is located on a beautiful lake.

The campsite is located on a beautiful lake. It has a fantastic view of the lake, a nice beach, and a slide for the kids. Our 11-year-old grandson could walk to the slide. There's a restaurant on the campsite, and we had a great meal there. Torsby has good roads. I'm not sure about public transport, so I didn't use it.

A nice campsite with good cabins. The restaurant that is open during the summer season is fantastic! There is very good food, great music and incredible views! Recommend Torsby camping and restaurant fröknarna Fräs warm!

A city where the city government does nothing about young...

A city where the city government does nothing about young people, tireless noise and harassment of residents all evening and night which is incomprehensible to me, I could understand from the hotel owners that he had spoken to some of the young people, but without success, after which he had contacted both the city government and the police who have done nothing.
