They are very helpful and as my friend and I arrived very early on the check in date and we travelled for more than 24hours to arrive, they checked and found a room for us that we are able to check in much earlier than expected.

The decoration of the room and the hotel in total was amazing. Like being in a ship. The room was very cosy, clean and quite.The bed was very convenient. We got a bit later for the dinner, but still were abe to get it. Amazing. All wa great, a bed bit too soft for our liking, but this is just our preference. We slept very well and enjoyed the stay.
