The patrons of the property, every staff were so courteous. They were sharing all the information relevant to the stay. They were very helpful and accommodative. Would certainly love to return , to watch the Northern Lights, which we missed this time. Transparent billing and worth the time spent.I booked this property from India through Booking. Com. Located in the city centre. I'd rather say that's a luxury hotel. Very clean rooms, helpful stuff, comfortable bads. The breakfast was perfect. You have a lot of things to do in the lobby. Great pub located in the hotel. Highly recommend.

Staffs sre very friendly responsive and helpful. Room is clean The resort area is nice and beside the frozen lake. Managed to catch northern light just outside room.

Very close to the Train Station and a 3 minute walk from the busstaion which takes you from and to the Aiport. The shower room also has a sauna which is very nice. The breakfast was included and very delicious

Excellent location, super clean, fully equipped, Tony and his wife are helpful with every detail whenever you need anything regarding your stay or other activities. We felt truly comfortable with our 5 year old. Igloos are small by nature but not to worry because the main house is fully equipped, very clean and comfortable. Definitely would recommend and would like to come back for sure.
