The hotel really exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, it is in the center of the city. In addition to the breakfast and dinner which were included in the price, we had FIKA, which was a lovely surprise - in period 15:00-17:00 we could have coffee or tea and cakes. Our room (for 3 people) was spacious, with comfortable beds. There was a kettle, free coffee, milk, tea, and some chocolate in the room. This was the only hotel I had been in that offered hair conditioner and body milk in the bathroom (in addition to shower gel and shampoo). The staff was very kind and helpful.

Very good location in the middle.of the shopping centre in vasteras. Our door cards stopped working on the Sunday night but problem sorted quickly and very helpful lady stayed on the phone to me until I had in my possession a spare card and was in our room and happy with the situation.
