Breakfast was not included but host might consider leaving a small hamper for guests who arrive late at night. They could put the cost of this onto the overall cost. Location was beautiful but again a explainer how to find the property in darkness would have been extremely helpful as postal code to us to properties prematurely.

The room had a patio opening up onto the lake, and a play area for kids. The pool was great. Very good breakfast too, and great restaurant for dinner as well. Staff was super friendly.

We stayed in a standard twin room which was compact but comfortable. Although the hotel was busy our room was very quiet. The hotel offers a gym which was well equipped and easy to use. There is also a sauna and wellness centre which seemed very popular with other guests. However, the absolutely best thing about this hotel is the food. They offer breakfast, fika and evening meal in the price. The buffet was extensive. We are vegan and mentioned this to the hotel on arrival. There were lots of options for us within the buffet but the chef made us a dedicated vegan main dish each evening. This was amazing and we looked forward to it each night. A MASSIVE shout out to chef Bobby and his kitchen team for making this happen. All the staff were very friendly and all spoke impeccable english. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location short drive to gammel uppsala. Very comfortable clean rooms. Handy parking on site. We did get a parking ticket but when I spoke to the receptionist she was very helpfully and sorted it all out for us so we didnt have to pay the fine. Very good hotel will stay again!

The environment is very calm and lovely with the old trees, old buildings and friendly animals. Located a short drive away from Uppsala and the closest convenient store is not too far away. House is beautiful, well maintained and nicely decorated. Sofia was a very friendly host. We will definately come back.
