The staff were incredible. Kind, friendly, attentive, chatty. I was in town for Melodifestivalen, a huge event at Friends Arena where Sweden picks their Eurovision entry. The show is effectively Sweden's Superbowl and is a Swedish institution. Their attention to detail, with free hot dogs and "Mello Muffins" in the bar were lovely touches, plus sign making and glam stations for the kids!

It was a great experience to live in the Gio Hotel. The personal is very friendly. We had a big cleaned and cosy room with comfortable beds. In 15 minutes you can reach the City Center (Serge Torg) and in 33 minutes the Arlanda Airport by bus.

Breakfast was really really good. Location for me was also excellent since I was going to Ericsson offices, so it was rather close. Metro station is close by if you want to go elsewhere in Stockholm. Staff is also very nice and helpful.
