Everything exceeded the expectations. The breakfast fast really great, (crumbled) eggs, pancakes, even gluten-free ones, a lot of fruit and vegetables and fresh sprouts leaded to the most healthiest, but also most extensive breakfast, I had in a hotel. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms have fresh air and are allergy-friendly. The wellness is small, but offer Jacuzzi, Sauna and a japanese bath and were to enjoy. There is table tennis and tabe soccer, so you will not be bored on rainy days. It is 20 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the 'main' shopping route of Aengelholm.

A quiet town with good shops and lots of restaurants and...

A quiet town with good shops and lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The station is walkable into town and a very good public transport to get around. The beach is walkable but allow 20mins through the woods. There are buses to the beach and harbour. During summer there is a water taxi to the beach. The river runs through the town and canoes can be hired. For knitters there is a wool shop and a hand dyer who opens on Wednesdays. Try Forsov a village nearby you can reach by bus.Go to Ellis for lunch 140sk for a fixed self service lunch, excellent food. Vebystrand is the next beach along the coast it has a fresh water outdoor swimming pool near the beach. If you like pottery try Hoganas.

A perfect spot to pause and relax.

A perfect spot to pause and relax. We spent 3 days in town over Midsommar and it was gorgeous. The beaches are great, we enjoyed the hiking trails around town and there were a few good grocery stores to stock up for cooking in the accommodation. The town has a relaxing vibe and we would definitely consider coming back! Easy to reach on a train from Copenhagen or Göteborg airport.

This small hotel near the river was an excellent place to stay on our cycling trip around Sweden. The room was large, and we had everything we needed for our one-night stay. Our host, Monica. was extremely helpful. We were able to use the laundry and store our bikes in a locked room. The location was close to the centre but very quiet. Highly recommend.

The hotel was well designed, very cousy and fresh. The staff did a really good job. Room and bed very modern and welcoming. I was really surprised in a good way. Almost forgot the great breakfast.
