La Belle Tortue is truly one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve ever visited. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed—thanks to the incredibly friendly team, who seemed to anticipate our every need. The hotel itself—with its rooms, restaurant, and garden—is beautifully and thoughtfully designed, with attention to every detail. The absolute highlight, however, comes when you sit down at the restaurant. Whether it’s breakfast, cocktails, snacks, lunch, ice cream, or tea time with delicate French pastries, or the exquisite four-course dinner included with half-board, the food is consistently exceptional. The location couldn’t be better: the hotel sits on what we believe is the most stunning beach that can easily be accessed without hiking or a boat, and just a short distance from the village of La Passe and the local museum. A huge thank you to the housekeeping staff, the two waiters, the gardener and caretaker, the chefs, and the management for making our stay truly unforgettable!

It is a small scale hotel/villa (less then 10 rooms) which allows for a very personal service and experience. And of course the location next to the sea! Special thanks to Chheybi, Susmita and Peter for the great and friendly assistance!

We came back to Coral Strand for our last night in the Seychelles and it was even better than the last time. We got a free room upgrade and the same vouchers as before. Rita from reception is a sweetheart and extremely helplful. Ask her for a buscard if you need one.

This accommodation is exceptional! The hosts are incredibly kind and go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. The village is well-equipped with everything you need, including laundry facilities. During my stay, a power outage affected the town due to bad weather, but the family immediately provided lights and candles for guests and even drove me to town and back. I’ve traveled the world, but I’ve never experienced such outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended!

The apartment is huge, has a sea view, is right next to the beach, and is close to shops and restaurants. You can easily get there with the bus from Victoria. The staff helped me arrange a snorkeling tour (we couldn't eventually because of low visibility). There is a nice minimarket just on the street, with local produce. Huge kitchen, percent air conditioning, what else?

Patricia is the best cook on the island. Breakfast was very delicious and offered a wide choice for guests. A blend of spices and flavors offered no where else and served with love. The location is good, very close to stores and beaches. The view of the sunset from the apartment is breathtaking. Patricia and Marvin were very available when we needed them. Drove us to the store when we first arrived. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel at home right away. Internet was good and stable. Cleaning was on point.
