Specifically, our top grade for this hotel is much connected to your fantastic staff. By a coincidence we met Mrs Okeke when having a drink. She was so kind, helpful with all our questions and made us feel truly welcome. Mrs Okeke is one of the main reasons we want to come back to this hotel again and bring some of our friends and family in the near future. Please send her our warmest greetings. Finally, we would like to mention Denis as well who was really helpful in the pool area and really contributed to a happy mood for all guests at our pool!

Very nice house and very friendly host. We had everything and didn't miss anything. In reality even more beautiful than in the pictures. Quiet accommodation in nature in a more non-touristy part of the island. Beautiful beaches nearby, lots of locals and no crowds or noise. Lots of shops, fruit and fish vendors nearby.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Chateau Elysium during the Seychelles Maritime Week, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff made me feel welcome and at home. The property itself is stunning, with beautifully designed rooms that offer breathtaking views of the lush surroundings and the ocean. Each morning, I was treated to a spectacular sunrise that set the perfect tone for the day. The amenities at Chateau Elysium were top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the tranquil pool area, which provided a perfect escape after busy days filled with maritime activities. Location-wise, Chateau Elysium is conveniently situated, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and beaches. Whether you want to relax on the sandy shores or engage in water sports, everything is just a stone's throw away. Overall, my stay at Chateau Elysium exceeded my expectations. The combination of luxurious accommodations, attentive service, and beautiful surroundings made it the ideal retreat during my time in Seychelles. I can’t wait to return!

We spent the last three nights of our stay in Seychelles here, and we truly enjoyed it. The staff made our visit unforgettable. A special mention goes to Chamara Coorey, who was exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional. He genuinely took care of us, always made sure we were comfortable, and went above and beyond to make our stay feel personal and special. His hospitality made a huge difference, and we are truly grateful for his dedication. Our room was beautiful—modern, clean, and very comfortable. The balcony with an ocean view was a lovely highlight and the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. Despite the renovation work, the hotel atmosphere remained welcoming and enjoyable. We felt very well looked after and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Seychelles. Thank you to the entire team, especially Chamara, for ending our trip on such a high note—we would gladly come back!

Port Glaud is a very nice part of Seychelles.

Port Glaud is a very nice part of Seychelles. Not as busy as the North East coast near Victoria which is nicer in my opinion. Driving around the Seychelles can be a bit of an experience - my advice is to let any ‘tail gaters’ pass you. Park up and walk to the local beaches. Visit the waterfall near the picturesque church - very nice for photos etc.

Sauzier WaterFall, the several beaches which you can drive...

Sauzier WaterFall, the several beaches which you can drive down and take in the scenery. Local restaurants are more fun, you need to go and try it out. The resorts food is good, but going out and eating local food and restaurants, makes the trip more memorable. Renting a Car is very important (and in advance) it is not only cost effective, but also easier for you to get around and that is something you want to do in Seychelles. Local bars and wine shops are found through out the place, stack up your beers daily, saves quite a bit.

Ended up being our favourite and cheapest place we stayed in Seychelles. The pool, bright and sunny room and big balcony with an amazing view. Breakfast and the patio were so nice, surroundings are very green and tropical. Breakfast- one egg by your preference, sausage, big fruit plate, bread jam and cake, tea, coffee and fresh juice/smoothie. It was perfect and totally enough for everyone. We had a car and I really recommend it regardless of your accommodation in Seychelles. Near there is big waterfall where you can swim, must do there

This place is a treasure! the view from the backyard is simply stunning and the whole house has this beautiful mediterranean flair. The owner was very sweet and nice. He let my colleague in before check-in and also let us stay til later bc our flight was very late. He gave us recommendations and we had some good talks. The house is equipped with everything necessary (first time I’ve experienced this in the seychelles) and it was very clean and tidy…there is nothing negative to mention about the place and we enjoyed every second there!

Everything was perfect ( Service, kitchen , terrace view , sea view , swimming pool , outdoor shower , WiFi, hot water, cold ac , clean ) nearby to super market and some restaurants Special thanks to the hotel manager ( Tereza ) for the great service. She was helping us with restaurants reservations and car rental and also she surprised us with room decoration after my wedding . We will visit there again

I’ve stayed in many self catering places both in the Seychelles and elsewhere in the world. This is simply the best. I was made most welcome by Alexandra. The chalet was wonderful and in a very quiet location a short drive to my favourite snorkelling spots - Port Launay and Baie Ternay
