The best place.for realxing and chilling.. beautiful location..scenic beauty.. the staffs..especially Prakash ..very good treatment and made us very comfortable..very flexible . also have to mention.about Suri..the. Balanese massage lady..too good..only what was lacking was WIFI ..which was only available.at the lobby not in the rooms.and regarding the food options are not.much but yes the Indian Chef Vikarm.Singh was kind enough to.cater to our taste....would love to.come.back to.Cerf sland...

The place is very nice and clean, very well kept. It is short walk to the Beau Vallon beach and has a lot of restaurants and shops around. The absolute best of this place is it's staff. They are very resourseful when it comes to giving advice of sightseeing options on the island and very accomodating for any needs related to the hotel. After check out I realised tgst we left one of the mobile phones in the room, and the staff offered to bring it to the airport so we would not miss the flight. That was such a kind act from them and so much appreciated.

We are absolutely in love with this place. The atmosphere, the architecture and furniture are simply unforgettable. The view from the hotel is breath-taking, you can see whole city of Victoria, mountains, ocean and other islands. The place is surronded by fruit trees and plams - it's so serene! Staff was helpful and friendly, especially Raj.

The overall experience was fantastic! Firstly, the food was delicious, with a wide variety of options that perfectly suited my taste. The breakfasts, fresh fruits, and dinners were all very satisfying. The infinity pool was amazing, and the villa offered great privacy with beautiful sea views. Additionally, the villa’s butler and driver services were excellent. They were very friendly and always punctual in picking us up. Overall, this stay made us feel very comfortable and happy!

There is a small island across from SPV on Cerf, and...

There is a small island across from SPV on Cerf, and snorkelling to the RHS of that island, just beyond the reef is excellent. Richard and Kate are doing maintenance work on SPV and have cut a short walk to a great sundowner spot above SPV - make sure you walk up there. The option to kayak around Cerf takes about 90 minutes to 2 hours and is also recommended - but if the wind is up, then make sure you are two people in one kayak, otherwise your stretch into the wind could be tough. Cerf Island is an idyllic island on which to be based, and SPV is the perfect base for 3-5 days out of a 7-10 day experience in Seychelles.

Lovely island to snorkel and kayak.

Lovely island to snorkel and kayak. You can go for a short hike. No vehicles on the island. Great place if you want to relax. Sole repairing and quiet. We had dinner at Villa de Cerf every night which was excellent.

Cerf Island was lovely for a couple of nights.

Cerf Island was lovely for a couple of nights. It's only 10-15mins on the boat from Mahe but is so different. It's very small and there is very little to do, but that's part of the charm. It's so chilled and relaxed. Perfect for a bit of kayaking, snorkelling and sunbathing.

The view and location is second to none. Breath taking. The Island has lots to offer. The current and wind allow easy paddling even for beginners, and can travel 2-3km easy around the many hidden beaches on Cerf. It has clear water and snorkelling off the reefs (60m off the shore) clean beach's, Tortoises just past the church, beach walks, Spar at the Cerf Resort You can take lunch at the Villa de Cerf, Cerf Resort & Cerf Residency. All cost around £20 each, beers a £5. You can pay by card. You also have two beach BBQ bars, who cater for excursion passengers who come to Cerf to snorkel 500m away and one a bit cheaper 900m all along the beach. £20 and again £5 for cold Seabrew the local beer. You need cash Cant fault the Cerf Island, we stayed 9 days & where able to go Fishing. Kayaking, Visit Victoria, Visit Moyenne, snorkel, and walk the Island twice. I felt I saw the Seychelles, yes there are other Islands with other beaches, but If you want beauty, peace & a tropical back drop Cerf Island had all you need, no reason to chase around looking for it, was all around us

Cerf island is a small island off the coast of Mahe.

Cerf island is a small island off the coast of Mahe. It is only for people who love peace and quiet, because there is nothing on the island except for a few small hotels. You can walk along the beach and there is one hiking path to the other side of the island, which is said to be pretty steep. The hotels have boats that take their guests over to Mahe (Eden Island), where there is a shopping mall and several restaurants and an excellent ice cream parlour. In order to go anywhere else from Eden Island you have to take a taxi, because, at least as far as I know, there is no public transport from Eden island.
