First and foremost, the personnel. They are all client-centered. They have provided me and my father with an excellent service. They are all devoted to their jobs and all attentive. Overall, exceptional customer service. This hotel is the definition of the word ”PERFECT”. There are malls, shopping centers, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. don't often write reviews, but this hotel stands out from our tour of the Middle East. The breakfast is plentiful, rooms are very well equipped, five star level, the pool is clean, closely monitored, perfect relaxation point after a long day. I would especially like to highlight the work of HK Rasel's helpful attitude and the fact that we were given suite #310 free of charge, which would have fit about 6 people without any problems. LuLu market is in the building, so you can buy about anything until late in the evening without having to go out in the heat.

Reception staff is extremely helpful and Polite . I was an early travel and they accepted giving an early check in, which was great. And they assisted on everything needed.
