Due to another guest having a late checkout, we received a free upgrade to the Penthouse. That room absolutely exceeded our wildest expectations. We had a beautiful view over the pool and the hectic saudi traffic, tons of space and privacy and an overal exceptional experience.

Very nice hotel. It's clean, smells good, air conditioning is excellent. There is a gym but i didn't use it. Breakfast is 10/10 also. Best hotel under 70 usd in Riyadh? Big park is walking distance away.
