The hotel was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location is also very convenient. Most importantly, the front desk manager, Mr. Mohammed Al-Shammari, was exceptionally polite, respectful, and helpful. His professionalism and support made a real difference and left a very positive impression.

Everything. From the first moment, staff were very welcoming and we were given a complimentary upgrade and breakfast which made our stay exceptional, thank you to the manager Mohammed. Very nice hotel. It's clean, smells good, air conditioning is excellent. There is a gym but i didn't use it. Breakfast is 10/10 also. Best hotel under 70 usd in Riyadh? Big park is walking distance away.
