Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. Gratefully thanks to housekeeping supervisor Abdul Hamid and Rashedul for their quick response to provide services on time and also professional smiling face😊. All the staffs were extremely professional, friendly and helpful especially Zayed(reception), Sameh(restaurant manager), Rhidoy(housekeeping), Babul (bellboy) and the other Egyptian guy at the restaurant that I've forgotten the name😅 2. The location is very strategic which is very close to Masjid Nabawi, Salafiya Health Center and The Prophet Museum. 3. View from our room was exceptional where the green dome was clearly visible from the window. (Room 404) 4. Foods are delicious at the restaurant. Everyday the menu for breakfast varies.
