Exceptional. Everything was just like home, real comfy and clean. The kids enjoyed themselves. Pool was warm and nice. Definitely a go back place. The owner was accommodating and very nice. Lots of utensils in the kitchen , it's fully equipped.

During my stay, I encountered a small issue, however, I was absolutely blown away by the incredible customer service and professionalism displayed by the staff and the general manager. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the general manager, who were attentive, courteous, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional service. Their proactive approach to resolving the issue demonstrated their unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction. Special thanks to the Restaurant Manager Mohammed who look after us during breakfast. Thanks to their efforts, my stay at the hotel was nothing short of perfect, and I left with wonderful memories that will stay with me for a long time. stayed for one night at Luxury Hotel Suites Taif, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The place is a hidden gem—extremely neat, clean, and surprisingly spacious. The rooms are well-maintained, comfortable, and perfect for families. The staff were courteous and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant.
