Exceptional. Everything was just like home, real comfy and clean. The kids enjoyed themselves. Pool was warm and nice. Definitely a go back place. The owner was accommodating and very nice. Lots of utensils in the kitchen , it's fully equipped.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for the entire stay. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with luxurious amenities and comfortable accommodations that made me feel right at home. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel, from the elegant decor to the top-notch facilities, truly sets it apart. During my stay, I encountered a small issue, however, I was absolutely blown away by the incredible customer service and professionalism displayed by the staff and the general manager. They took immediate action to address the issue and went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best experience possible. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was truly outstanding and made a lasting impression on me. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the general manager, who were attentive, courteous, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional service. Their proactive approach to resolving the issue demonstrated their unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction. Special thanks to the Restaurant Manager Mohammed who look after us during breakfast. Thanks to their efforts, my stay at the hotel was nothing short of perfect, and I left with wonderful memories that will stay with me for a long time. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly exceptional experience, thanks to the outstanding customer service and professionalism of the staff and management. Reception Ms. Ahlam very helpful and polite, she arranged our room even I cannot speak Arabic, wish all the best for her. My family very very happy staying in this hotel, close to the Mall that we can do dinner and shopping without driving our car.

If any one coming from Dammam/Khobar or Riyadh for umrah, this is the best hotel to stay in. Hotel location is amazing, It's super clean and hotel staff is very friendly. Response to any type of request is fats. Definitely, will stay again.
