Very neat and clean. Everything you need is available. The real difference is the exceptional service. All the staff strive to provide you with first-class service. Abdul Malik in particular speaks perfect English and is very professional. Always ready to provide you with the best service. Kiron from the service team is also very professional and friendly. Everyone else in the service team is great too. Access to the Haram is quite easy, and taxis are easy to get. I will definitely recommend this residence.
