Location is perfect as it give perfect sea view and at night time it is very lively outside. You can have a walk as there is proper walking path. Staff was very friendly and cooperative.

It was an awesome holiday we had! All staffs were very accomodating especially their manager sir ejaz, the chief chef of the restaurant, crew had provided us an excellent service. Their service really amazed us, they treated us like a family, like we have known each other for long time. My friends asked me if i came there already, and i said it was my first time to be there. Its all worth it to go back and spend time for a rest, there in HOLIDAY INN JUBAIL. surely, they will take care of you. I probably go back for another holiday there.

All specially the staff are very accommodating from the welcome committee (i forget the name but he is an Indian staff, day shift during april 07-10,, who help us to take our luggage in and out of the facility), the reception l, the restaurant team special mentioned to Mr. Nima (Nepali) and Miss Ann(Filipina) and all the staff are very polite and attentive and ofcourse the food are sumptous KUDUS to the Intercontinental Hotel in Jubail!!! Keep it up. We will book our next eastern Holidays very soon Inshallah.. Eid Mubarak...
