Me and my boyfriend had an amazing experience at Rebero resort! It was our first time in Rwanda and we could not have had a better start because of this hotel. Whether it was a quick recommendation for local spots or ensuring my requests were handled promptly, their hospitality was unmatched. The location is perfect – close enough to everything you need yet tucked away just enough for a peaceful retreat. The amenities provided were excellent, from the well-equipped kitchenette to the spotless bathroom and fast Wi-Fi. What truly stood out, though, was the attention to cleanliness and the overall ambiance of the apartment. It’s the kind of place you don’t want to leave because it feels like a home away from home. Hi, The place was beautiful, nice people, from reception, restaurants up to the room, Thanks to the chefs, food was amazing! Sorry i cant precise the names of all the staffs as their badges were not visible and they can be introducing themselves to the guests and another thing that they can work on is just to remember to do a set up of two guests( two towels, slippers, water etc,) as i had booked a double room, otherwise they met my expectations, Thank you for hosting us and a warm welcome at reception,
