The situation is magical, could not have been better! The cosy wooden, very quiet and bright cottage provides you with the best views over Kivu lake. Outdoor shower is great. Owner Philippe is a truly kind and warm person. Whole staff is smiling and does its best to satisfy you in a simple but very professionnal way like the manager Éric. Food options are simply delicicious and healthy. Activities offered are various (island hopping, community sharing...) and very reasonably priced. I loved the scenery overlooking Lake Kivu. Nirvana has a lovely pool with a good view of the lake.. Also loved the local hut inspired room designs equipped with modern toilet facilities. The location is also a walking distance to the beach side where you can board a boat to get to the natural hot water springs ("volcanic water").

JP is an amazing host: he super friendly, always laughing and providing his guests with the best breakfast. The room is big and the bed comfortable. Additionally you ll have company of two dogs that are lovely as well as some goats and sheep! we just loved it at amazi !
