The customer service is great, speak English well, I booked for my mother for one night before her flight back to Australia, they have a shuttle to the airport which was great, also my mother didn’t have the correct charger for the power point to charge her phone, the staff helped her charge her phone, we are very happy with the staff & the lovely hotel, will be recommending this hotel to all family & friends. Wonderful experience! We enjoyed everything from rooms to spa and restaurants! The service was incredible, very attentive and hospitable stuff. The hotel was a short drive from the airport, Angela picked us up and was absolutely lovely. She even drove me down to the local shop so I could get a pizza. Even though our stay was only for a few hours it was great..
