We stayed at La Casa in Cetate for one night during our trip back from Greece to Cluj, and we really enjoyed it. The house is spotless clean, everything inside is brand new – from the furniture and TVs to the fully equipped kitchen. It has a spacious terrace and a lovely garden, perfect for relaxing in the peaceful atmosphere of the village, which really reminded us of childhood days at our grandparents’ home. There is private parking inside the yard, which was very convenient. The hosts are extremely kind and welcoming, and they truly made us feel at home. They even showed us a video of the nearby Danube beach – a sandy spot where people can swim and relax. We didn’t have time to go this time, but it looked wonderful, and we’d love to come back for a longer stay to enjoy it. Overall, it’s a beautiful, quiet place with wonderful hosts – we definitely recommend it!

We loved our stay at Hotel Casa Italia! The host was just lovely and made us so welcome. We are bike packing and were able to access the washing machine to wash our clothes after 4 days on the road. Out host even helped us hang it out. Little English was spoken but through Google translate we were able to communicate no problem. It was really nice to hear the Italian language again as we loved our time in Italy! Our first room had a broken air conditioner so our host moved us to a new room without any hesitation. Our room was so clean and beautiful and the BEST shower we’d had in days!! We would have stayed much longer if we had more time.

It's basically a motorway service station and initially didn't look very inviting. However, the staff and the room was clean and comfortable. To be recommended for a stopover.
