This hotel was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in Europe.very friendly and helpful staff, rooms were extremely clean, beds very comfortable, air conditioning worked great, bonus toiletries ( razor, toothbrush, comb, slippers, etc…) Breakfast exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect. 10 min walk from city centre. The staff were absolutely fantastic. The ladies at reception in particular, were very welcoming and attentive and positive, always smiling and were there 24/7 to help with whatever we needed. The spa facilities were lovely and relaxing and the room was spotless! The food at the restaurant was super good, well prepared and reasonably priced and the waiters were so kind and quick with the service. We had such a good time at the hotel and wanted to thank the staff for making us so welcome during our stay!
