I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Braşov. Robert was extremely helpful throughout my visit, and the reception staff were equally friendly and professional. The room was cosy, very clean, and well-maintained, which made it easy to feel comfortable right away. The location is also excellent — very close to everything, making it convenient to explore the city. Highly recommend staying here!

A really recommendable hotel. We got a very nice big room, well equipped, clean with Rituals cosmetics (I didn't need to take my own), elegant mountain decor. Brilliant breakfasts, huge selection of food, sweet, savory, for children, also very good quality. I regret that I don't have such breakfasts at home. Service nice but unobtrusive. There is nothing I could complain about. I will recommend this spot for sure.

To stay in Kronwell hotel was a pleasure. At the arrival they upgraded us with the best room they have in the hotel, the suite. 100m where we stayed two days better than home. The hotel facilites as the fitness center are amazing and the food from the restaurant really tasty. I would recommend this hotel 100%
