Upon our arrival, Juan greeted us warmly—friendly, youthful, yet precise in his welcome. The room was beautiful and spacious, and the breakfast was absolutely divine. In the evening, there was a small misunderstanding with the taxi, which was my fault, but Sandra at reception handled the situation calmly and professionally resolving everything and expertly upselling us by guiding us to the bar. There, Margarita took over and dazzled us with the secret cocktail menu. Upon our departure, Ádám assisted with check-out, also greeting us with a big smile and helpful attitude. We thank the entire team and congratulate the management—this was an unforgettable experience, and we will definitely return.

The room was incredibly wonderful, very spacious and luxury, fully equipped with high quality technique and luxury cosmetics. In the room you can find whatever you need or want, including iPad in the bath, walk-in shower and automatic toilet. The sound system in the room is high level together with large TV with a wide range of tv channels. The views through the windows and balcony were breathtaking during night and day.
