Honestly everything thing was excellent...the staff was amazing starting from Omar the reception manager ending by the restaurant staff ( their manager,Anjilika and Nitish. The GM him self Mr Reda was there to please all customers.....honestly I haven't met such lovely,smiling and helpful people. Only one small thing the supervisor of the cleaning department should check rooms time after time....few missing details

We are delighted with our stay at the Rosewood Hotel. Everything was perfect. The hotel’s décor is very beautiful. We loved the hotel’s location and the views. Everything suited us very well. In addition, the hotel has several restaurants, each of which served exceptional food. The hotel staff were also of the highest standard. İ liked everyrhing. İ admired everyrhing. İt is a fantastik hotel. May ve there is anywere a better hotel, but hardly a more souful. The personel is beyond any praise. I would especially like to thank the two young men at the reception who helped me check in on 24.03. One of them is called Ze, he is from Myanmar. My sympathies to his compatriots in connection with the events that took place in his country. Unfortunately, I do not know the name of the second one. He is a tall, handsome man. They provided me with such a wonderful room, a stay in which I will probably never forget for the rest of my life. It was a real gift for my birthday

Sandra! I can't really believe she is at her 5th day at the property. Excellent guest relation skills and attitude. I hope she will have the same energy and thoughtfulness until the point she leaves the hotel for good one day, and continue growing and leading. Initially the stay was challenging since some of the staffs attitude wasn't acceptable and swimming pool wasn't working. But Sandra and her colleague (Might be a Chinese national) was very helpful and made the stay convenient. Both of them were treating each guest equally, and that made the difference. Ehab was very accommodative and thoughtful, a smart restaurant manager, food and the restaurant was great. Breakfast in the daylight is a great thing they are offering. The bar got spectacular views and the bartender was nice.(its a dry hotel). I might come again atleast to say hi to Sandra when I'm in Lusail because she was the distance between a 2 star rating and 10 star which I made now, even though I was not happy about pool and initial check in experience.
