The restaurant and facilities were exceptional, and the hotel’s location was ideal for me. The pools and overall design of the hotel added to the experience, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The supportive staff were present everywhere, making our stay even more enjoyable. I am still amazed at the value for money; this is a 7-star hotel offered at the price of a 3 or 4-star establishment. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable—nothing was ever too much trouble for them. They were especially great with children, making my son feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. We chose the half-board option, and the cuisine was excellent, with a wide variety of meals to choose from every day. Basically everything exceeded our expectations.
