Everything just felt perfect. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and warm. From the entrance team to the lobby staff, service crew, and breakfast team. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. The experience was so seamless and enjoyable that we’ve officially found our go-to hotel for our yearly Qatar Grand Prix trip. Great experience every time! I have stayed here many times already, and Al Aziziyah Boutique Hotel By The Torch, Doha, is the place to be. I am traveling for business purposes, and they make me feel very welcomed. I was welcomed by the receptionist Abubakar, who was very firnedly and handed me the key cards. After I went to my room, I called reception and told them I wanted a room with a king size bed and a bathtub and my room did not feature a bathtub. Abubakar was very kind and sent me the keys to a different room through a bellboy, whom also helped me move to a bigger room, with a very big terrace, which had not only a king-size bed, but also bathtub. I appreciated the fact that even though the restaurant was closed until evening for Ramadan, you could still order room service at any time. Also, I would like to mention Suzan, a lady from Housekeeping, who was very kind and personable when I asked her to bring me some water, coffee and to change some towels. For sure I will come back to this hotel every time I visit Doha. Thank you for your professionalism.

The Room was quite good with newish features and had all that was needed. For a short stay or even for a longer stay. The AC was working fine and there was plenty of storage.

Beautiful traditional Bedouin set up with lovely tented accoms and in room facilities. Farm is tidy and organised. Shop amazing with Shan at the helm and the coffee king Shakim very interesting on coffees and teas of the region. Delicious dinner and welcoming blankets.
