What makes Paraguay great is the people. José and his wife were the perfect Paraguayan hosts. We had a wonderful stay and were made to feel very welcome. Even though we are Anglophones beginning to learn Spanish and our language is very limited, our hosts were happy and patient to chat through our translate app while we learn new words and try to put them in the right order😊. The location was great and only a 5 minute walk to the Stock supermarket. Wi-fi signal was strong and dependable. Around 13km from the city centre, a Bolt ride into town will cost around 50,000 Guaranies. Laundry facilities were available. We will definitely stay here again.

Property was a clean, nice place with a full kitchen and bathroom. The family were very helpful, constantly advising on the best places to go or eat, or how to get tickets to football. Etc. ended up staying here 3 times over our trip because of how good the stay was and how reasonably priced!

It's the private home of the owners, which they share with guests. Public transportation busses are available in front of the building, as one of the main streets of Asunción is right in front. All shops available. Relatively quiet inside, as our window went onto the patio.
