Everything was perfect, the staff was super nice and the breakfast was a big plus

the view is spectacular and the host very friendly, this place is in the countryside above sao vicente and you will hear sheep and chickens. We would certainly choose the same place next time we visit madeira. Good for couples or close friends😊

We didn’t expect the garden to be this large. Just like a park, it was not only colourful but also cosy and extremely well maintained. The hosts were super friendly, always open for a nice conversation and provided us at our arrival with all necessary information about the accomodation. Both the indoor and outdoor kitchen were equipped with anything we needed to cook and eat. In the evening, you can relax at the cozy bar that offers delicious and fresh made drinks for fair prices.

Location and view was fantastic, overall property and gardens was amazing, design was fab, kitchen had good facilities and equipment for cooking. There is also parking, which is super helpful! Overall loved it, and would definitely stay again

Spacious apartment with 2 amazing terraces and an amazing view. Private parking space just in front of the apartment. 2 bathrooms and 1 seperate bedroom (on top of the regular bedroom). Nice welcome gesture with some sweets and a bottle of wine. Easy check in with the key in a lockbox. Perfect location to explore the northern part of the island

The view of the ocean and the rock wall behind the house are incredibly high and stunning. It's just a 1-minute walk to the nearest good restaurant and 10 minutes to the charming small town.

The house was ideal for us, 3 adults, as we could have one bedroom each. That way there was enough space in the bedrooms, with double occupancy it might have been a bit of a squeeze. For a family of 5 or 6 it would also be fine. The house is spacious and has a very nice seasoned, lived-in, and somehow British touch, dating back to the beginning of the 20th century, where the family of the landlady had lived in for many decades and really made it a very comfortable home. It is well equipped, with plenty of dishes, plates and glasses, etc. as you can only find in a house that was really lived in, and not just done up on a small budget for rental. The house is airy and dry, which is not an easy accomplishment on this island, especially in autumn. There is plenty of space in the kitchen, the dining area, the sitting room, and very importantly also on the various terraces all around the house. The house is situated in a nice garden with interesting plants and which is still nicely maintained. The location is beautiful. Not easy to find on your own, so you should take the offer of the landlady to lead you there. Once found, access is easy, also the parking. It is very quiet all around, just a few animals in the early morning, no noise from neighbors or any traffic. Also, there is a nice view down onto the ocean, so you immediately get the feeling that this is a wonderful location for a holiday. Ponta Delgada is not the hub of activity on the island, but it is not very touristy, so nice and calm. Access to most parts of the island are vey easy and quick from here. Therefore an ideal base for all kinds of tours.
