I've stayed in a lot of hotels over the years but for the blend of genuine staff warmth, quaintness, value for money, comfy bed and character, I'd have to put this one up near the top. Its location right in the cobblestoned centre of Beja just adds to the allure. If you are staying in Beja, itself a very nice little town, don't look any further.

The staff were Incredibly helpful to speak to by email and also when we arrived. Rita was super kind and helpful, with everything that we needed. the house was immaculate, modern and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Great location, great apartment and great staff.

Maria's guesthouse was exceptional in every sense. Her directions, welcome and guidance were so helpful and complete. The location is perfect. Everything about the house too is wonderful. She has put a great deal of thought, effort and love into designing and decorating it to an extraordinarily high level. The breakfast is literally amazing. Stay here if you can and enjoy.
