Excellent hotel in Santiago Do Cacem. We had a problem with a lost passport and the staff could not have been more helpful in resolving the problem- outstanding service. Very good breakfast also.

Our host was very gracious to allow an earlier check-in. Everything was provided incl washing machine, detergent, drying line and pegs. (hiker bonus😂). Coffee machine (espresso) with a few capsules for an early coffee. The restaurant that apparently serves amazing suckling pig is closed on Sundays. If you're hiking you'll need to bring in food that day. It opens 6.30am for an early coffee fix. Use the door on far right. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute and cosy place.

Superb service. Kind and attentive. Always smiling. This place by far exceeded our expectations. Just a stunning hotel. The attention to detail is second to none. Staff are just incredible- the highest level we have ever experienced - giving their absolute best in kindness, attention and generosity in a kind and authentic way. Rooms are stunning and beautifully decorated with excellent bedding, beautiful linen, luxurious bathrooms and immaculate cleaning and attention to details. Pool is luxurious and well attended allowing for an amazing relaxing time and they even give you 2 x divine hats to lounge by the pool in style! Breakfasts were generous, super delicious, great friendly smiley service and the restaurant is out of this world, just so tasty, every single dish- and we tried them all! Super cute town, divine surrounding beaches and you can hire electric bikes to go exploring. We enjoyed our time so much and highly recommend!! . We would stay here again a heartbeat and cannot wait to return to this perfect, calm, amazing place which literally feels like heaven.

Beautiful place and lovely house.

Beautiful place and lovely house. Everything you need for a relaxing stay. Beaches are about 35mins away, Porto Covo has many beaches to choose from. We spent many days just relaxing by the pool and watching the sunset.

Privacy guaranteed, picturesque surroundings.

Privacy guaranteed, picturesque surroundings. We enjoyed Santiago Do Cacém and the beaches of Porto Covo are 30 minutes away. Comporta and Melides are also 30 minutes away. It was important to us that the access road to the property was in a good state. The host was very nice and helpful, we were greeted with good bread from the region, cheese and wine. The village people were also very nice.

The villa is located away from it all so is very quiet and...

The villa is located away from it all so is very quiet and peaceful. Nice large pool and pool area. The nearby town of Santiago has all you need with very few tourists. Very close to beaches for days out. Very nice hosts Jose and Beatriz for which nothing was a problem. Will surely return.
