This is a newly opened hotel with a beautiful interior and superb customer service. All the staff were very kind and welcoming, happy to help with any requests. Beatriz kindly organised a late check out for us which we greatly appreciated and special thanks to Jose who was particularly friendly and made us feeling very welcome. Hotel Monte Brasil is nicely situated in Angra do Heroísmo close to cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops. only a 3- 4 minute walk to the center of the city and botanical gardens, and ocean views a 10 minute walk to the beach. The hotel staff were friendly, pleasant, helpful, and informative. we enjoyed our stay and definitely will be returning guests for another stay at Hotel Monte Brasil when we return to this lovely Island of Terceira and Heritage City of Angra do Heroísmo We highly recommend Hotel Monte Brasil for the it's comfort, charm, location, and price.
