The apartment is perfect, clean, and new, it has good air conditioning and plenty of car park. The owner is very nice and I would just say it's a 5 stars just for this but what has something of incredible is the little village in which is situated. It is marvelous, I found myself in the middle of a true bull race, their summer fests last a week, and it is just astonishing, here time stopped and you can experience something priceless. I will be back for sure.

Vila Galé is a very nice hotel located in a historical palace in the city centre of Elvas, just inside the city walls. It has a great location close to all attractions, monuments, bars and restaurants. The room we stayed was spacious and had all necessary comfort. Very good buffet breakfast.

Walking distance to town for more restaurants. Room was lovely, bed very comfortable. Clean bathroom. Parking was on opposite to the hotel, across the main road. Breakfast was enjoyable. Did not get to use the pool.

Good clean spacious room. Restaurant was really good. We went early and glad we did as it filled up even though there were not many guests staying. So I guess locals drive to eat there too. Only stayed one night to did not use the lovely swimming pool or other facilities.
