The check in and check out was easy and flexible, with great communication from the host. The location is excellent, but keep in mind it's a small village. The house is close to the bar "O Lagar" (which I recommend you visit, it's a restored olive oil workshop) and the river where you can swim is clear and well kept. The house itself is great, spacious and well equipped. Bedrooms are well laid out and the beds are big, bathrooms are also excellent with great water pressure and showers. Kitchen has all utensils you might need to cook and an outdoor barbecue area is a huge bonus. Decoration is conservative but in great condition. I highly recommend the house.

Great location- far away from big cities. Calm and relaxing place. Cozy interior. Very welcome host who made our check-in in person just to be sure that we will have everything what we need. Good place for family.

That it was next to a private chapel was very original and exceptionally for us. We did our Yoga practice the next morning in that chapel and had a great breakfast in the little courtyard infront of it. The host was very friendly and supportive. Great place!

A rustic two storey stone cottage in a great location beside river in centre of town, but would have been difficult to find if Andreia hadn't supplied a video of how to get there. Liked the glass covered rock which makes up the rear of the lounge room. Very comfortable and all appliances supplied.

The hotel is ideally placed in the centre of Arganil. It's not 5 star but the staff were excellent and the room perfectly presented every day. This is a lovely part of Portugal with the mountains close by. I would recommend this hotel.

It was an absolutely perfect place to stay. Everything is so clean, simple, and elegant in this hotel. The stuff is very helpful, and they really do their best to offer us great, comfortable time. Breakfast with the view and with so many delicious taste was outstanding, and the spa facilities were just as convinient and satisfying. I would like to give a great thanks for Maria, who was especially helpful and kind to us.
