The hotel exceeded our expectations. The area is nice is beautiful. Big, spacious and clean room. Comfy beds. Beautiful pool area. New and modern facilities. Free parking! We stayed there for one night on our way to Spain but we would like to comeback for a longer stay!

I arrived on a Sunday evening and even though the restaurant was finished the chef went to the bother of making me a fantastic dinner which was very good of him, all the staff I met were so nice and helpful, I really enjoyed my stay at their hotel and would highly recommend it to everyone

Super cozy place, nice check-in with simple instructions and some extras like coffee and muffins provided to fill up your breakfast (I'm cycling across Alentejo and it surely was useful) Super close to the train station, location is 11/10 I will come back for sure 😃

We booked it because it was the only hotel with a swimming pool in the city, even f it was interior. In the heat of summer, that was needed. We were surprised to discover the exterior swimming pool had opened the week before. And what a swimming pool! An absolutely stunning view, a beautifully conceived pool and exterior area.

We liked everything. Arrival was very slick, no check-in just enter the codes provided and enter the apartment. The entrance area and lift were scrupulously clean, tidy and well lit. Our apartment was on the third floor and was an attic conversion. It was very well designed and had absolutely everything you could need. The fridge was well stocked for breakfast the following morning and this was restocked throughout our stay. Fresh bread was left every morning in a bag outside our door. Full marks for a wonderful experience.

The accommodation is in a great location, spotlessly clean and is a great sized room with a king size bed and large ensuite shower room and small but private balcony and is on the ground floor with only five steps to get to the room which was great as my husband has recently suffered a stroke and is partially paralysed. The hosts are fantastic and extremely helpful. They are local and very easy to contact if necessary. The accommodation is very safe with an outer security door plus a further 3 internal security doors to get to your room. Felt very safe and using keypad rather than keys was great.
