We are totally in love with every little thing about Vermelho. Of course the interior design and architecture are what stand out most. The whole experience from the food at breakfast, to food at dinner, as well as the incredibly helpful, polite and friendly staff. We wished we could have extended our trip.

The property is beautiful and a haven of peace and tranquillity. The staff were all so kind and welcoming it went beyond our expectations. we travelled with our 2 year old son and they even provided high chairs and plastic cutlery for the breakfast. Also it was the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel! Would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It’s beautiful, extremely spacious, spotless, and very tidy. The garden is perfectly manicured, and the pool is gorgeous — sadly, the weather didn’t cooperate during our stay, so we couldn’t enjoy it as much as we’d have liked. The beds are very comfortable, and the house has everything you need to cook (although we didn’t have to). The fact that it’s pet friendly is a big plus! Our dog Maria felt right at home. Our host was incredibly attentive and responsive at all times, which made our stay even better. I would totally recommend this property and will definitely be staying here again.

An amazing place i went there at least 2x a year, and I love...

An amazing place i went there at least 2x a year, and I love the envoirment. At this time I went at Feira de Melides time, and it was a super traditional trip. I used to go to the farmers market as well to buy biological fruits an veggies to prepare my meals during the stay and sometimes to supply my home with natural products.

The host we're amazing.

The host we're amazing. We were travelling with small children and a cot, highchair and toys were available. All in excellent condition. They were extremely helpful on the day of our arrival, arranging an earlier check-in at short notice, guiding us to the property and answering my numerous questions between booking and arrival date. A beautiful welcome pack, including ice in the freezer for a refreshing gin and tonic by the pool on arrival. A perfect start to our break.

Staying at Nômade Melides Eco Lodge was truly one of the best experiences! An amazing accommodation - from the comfortable and beautiful lodge to the idyllic garden, natural surroundings, and delicious healthy breakfast. A great location to recharge and enjoy. The staff really went above and beyond my expectations of hospitality - I cannot thank them enough for an amazing time. I am planning to return!

The pool was fantastic and the garden was well looked after with lovely orange and fig trees. The sound of cowbells from the nearby farm was lovely and relaxing in the evening. 5 mins from melides and great access to the coast's fantastic beaches. The owner was very easily contactable on WhatsApp.

Last minute reservation and everything was ready and clean. Cosy environment, house well equiped, should be perfect for a summer stay. Melides 1-2 km away with groceries and coffee place. Host was super helpful and friendly. We recomend going to closest Gale beach, super beautiful and natural.
