Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was great. The room was comfortable. Parking was convenient and safe. Location was also good. Near metro, restaurants, grocery store, etc. The conference room was large and adequate.
Just 1.5 km from Porto Airport, Puma offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. It has a bar and a 24-hour front desk. Free private parking is available on site.

This hotel is close to the airport, and it's exactly what you expect of these types of hotels.
Limited bar and limited food (when we arrived we could only order online deliveries to the hotel) and bar was closing 11pm.
Shower and beds were spacious, clean and comfy which is what you need for one night sleep before continuing your journey.

The staff was very helpful, nice, super friendly and always approachable.
We arrived a bit early and went for a walk, when we returned they already put our luggage in the room.
They provided us breakfast at 3am (early flight) and shuttle to the airport at 4am.
It's a shame we only had one short night there as we loved it.
Thanks for this perfect stay!

Sadly, this was my second stay at this hotel and it was not nearly as good as the first time I was disappointed that there was no soap by the sink in the bathroom nor did the soap dispenser work that was in the shower. My friend stayed in a separate room and had no hot water. When I called the front desk, they did bring me two small bottles of liquid shower gel. Also, the phone by the bed had a flashing red light throughout the entire stay. We called about it, they told us "how to fix it," but it didn't work. When we checked in, I felt that they made us wait far longer than necessary for a room to be available.
On the good side, the pizza in the bar was good and they have a great breakfast for 10 euros. Also, the airpost shuttle was good.
I'd like to stay here again, but I will be checking out other nearby hotels. Also, we paid for two nights, but left at 5:30pm on the second night and they should have treated us better.

We liked the openness of the hotel and its grounds.
We liked the openness of the hotel and its grounds. It is intended for passengers arriving or departing from Porto Airport, which is why we stayed there, and it is walking distance from the airport (100 metres). It is clean and comfortable and the staff were fun and helpful. The room was comfortable and airy, with big window opening onto the open area at rear of hotel. Adjacent car parking available. Continental breakfast was excellent.

Value for money was poor.
Value for money was poor.
Room had no chair but a wooden bench- not good for my back.
Poor lighting- couldn’t read in it
No instructions to work the heating etc
Rationing of heating by reception
No one answers phone when you require room service
Staff rude when dealing with customers
Training staff without asking for customer permission so lost the 15mins free drop off as family couldn’t help me upstairs with luggage!
I found this hotel to be exceptionally good value at €32 for a Saturday night stay. I needed to use the bus to return to the Camino in Maia early on Sunday morning but found it very difficult to decipher the Portuguese web information. Two of the desk staff came to my rescue and retrieved exact timetable information for me and were able to give me precise directions in fluent Englisn. Very impressive. The room was very well appointed and most importantly I slept well. I recommend Casa Teresa to all.
The hotel is very close to the airport so it's really convenient for a short stay between the flights. The room is a bit cramped but still very nice and modern. It has a big comfortable bed and it was very clean. The staff was extremely nice. They brought us champagne and a cake after arrival and delivered breakfast in a cute basket to the room at the time we asked. There is a mini fridge with complimentary beer and ice tea, a coffee machine, a hairdryer... Everything you need really.
I absolutely love this hotel! When paying such a reasonable price for a hotel near the airport, I expected something low quality. Instead, I got a beautiful clean room right next to a gorgeous patio with orange trees. The staff were very kind and helpful as well. I would even consider staying here for a trip to Porto, not just to be near the airport. The metro is only a 5 minute walk away, so it's really convenient to go into the city. Thanks so much!
Due to the public holiday is Spain all the hotels in central Porto were booked. This is why we searched for an option a little nit outside the city. The hotel is located in Maia - just 25 minutes by metro from the city center. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff is very polite and professional - you can expect a welcome drink at your arrival. The rooms are ok and have mini fridge and bath. Lovely small restaurant. Great for buisness
Excellent acommodation. Our room was clean, we had a very good private bathroom, AC with heating and cooling, windows have excellent blinds so the bedroom gets properly dark, wifi worked great and self checkin + general mobility was great as the property and the bedroom had electronic password locks. I can only recommed ! Maia is about 30min from the center of Porto, but a great area and super close to the airport.
Much nicer than we expected and so close to the airport. We had rented a car for 4 days to explore the Douro Valley, dropped off our luggage after checking in and returned the rental that evening. In 10 min we were back in our room, got a good night's sleep and took the hotel shuttle to the airport in the morning for a very early flight to Barcelona. EASY PEASY!
I was in Porto on business and needed a hotel close to the airport and rental cars. Hotel Singular was a 5 minute walk from the airport, and very easy to get into Porto city centre, so it was very convenient for me. The staff are all very friendly and the room was small, but had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I would come again on my next trip.
The hotel is very close to the airport, so it is easy to reach with a short stroll. If you need an overnight stay close to the airport, this place is perfect and very well priced. Everything is well maintained. They offered us cake and a glass of cava when we arrived which was a very nice touch. Breakfast in the room was very big and very good.
My husband and I drove to Porto to fly out early next morning. The hotel had free roundtrip airport transfers. We felt comfortable knowing our car was parked inside their garage and safe while we were away. Once we landed, we called them and they instantly came and picked us up. Very smooth and easy.
Thank you to the staff for a great job.
Close to the airport with a free shuttle that drops you off at departures. Staff was very friendly. Our room was nice and big with a large bathroom. Everything was very clean and well maintained.
Excellent choice for early morning flights (breakfast available from very early so you don't leave the hotel hungry!) or late arrivals.
The hotel was a solid airport hotel. We heard no outside noise and the rooms were basic but comfortable. While we couldn't check in early, they had a fantastic luggage storage option that was well run. It was a five minute drive to the airport, which made our early morning flight a lot easier to manage.
The hotel was located 10 minutes away from the airport
there was car parking at the back or opposite in a bay - plenty of it
the staff were friendly and helpful
the room was fine and the breakfast was decent
Great staff / excellent proximity to stores & food establishments / easy access to get to the airport for an early flight back to the U.S.
loved seeing the adorable animals in the yard behind the hotel :)
The shuttlebus service was excellent.
The room was very quiet.
The hotel is very close to the airport, very convinient and it takes you 2 minutes to go from the hotel to the airport with the shuttlebus.
The hotel was 5 mins walk from a metro sttaion and 15 mins walk to the airport. The staff were helpful and the room was clean and tidy. I would stay again
