I loved my stay at Solar Dos Frades! The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. I was able to check in early and also chill at the pool past our checkout time. The breakfast was really nice too! We had fresh cake and orange juice and even scrambled eggs for our family every morning. A proper Alentejo stay. Very relaxing. There isn't lots to do in the town and some restaurants were closed but if you're after a relaxing family getaway then this is it! Will definitely be coming back.

Such a wonderful place to stay. Owners were very kind and welcoming. Very comfy bed; had fridge in a room, which is always a plus; water, coffee was available too- beautiful touch.
