Staying at Grand Hotel Açores Atlântico has been an amazing experience. My best hotel stay ever. Amazingly kind and attentive staff, they all seemed to give their best to make sure that the guests have everything they need and enjoy their stay. The hotel has an amazing location, great view to the ocean, really nice rooms, good gym, nice pool and I also really liked the bar. The value for money is just excellent. Certainly not the cheapest accommodation in Ponta Delgada but taken all into account, it has exceeded my expectations. I would go back anytime, and will definitely do so the next time I am going to the Azores.

The whole experience was incredible. The staff were extremely attentive, friendly, and professional, seriously something out of the ordinary. The hotel itself was gorgeous: you really feel like you are inside of an art gallery. The bar had a classy and cozy environment. The wellness center as also super, I really think they worked out the atmosphere with the dim lights and sounds to perfection. The location was ideal, and the food at the restaurant something memorable as well. I think this was the best hotel we tried during our week at the Azores, I cannot recommend it enough.

The hot tub nestled in a small pineapple plantation was incredible, a real treat. This is a place for people looking for beauty and luxury in typical azorean style. good location for day trips, not too far from centre of Ponta Delgada. room was very comfortable, the bed was huge. I loved the cookies that they left every day. restaurant - unbelievable food, especially the tasting menu. so much choice at breakfast too. nice spa, although not very big so only went a couple of times.

It was just great. Very beautiful and comfy room with the sea view. We also got a free upgrade of the room because of our honeymoon. Amazing breakfast, all the staff was very nice and helpful too. If we will be back on the island we would definitely come back to this hotel.
