Our stay at the farmhouse was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional, and the house itself was stunning. Six nights felt far too short – we simply didn't want to leave. The breathtaking view and the beautiful BBQ area overlooking the vineyard and countryside were truly unforgettable. We also loved the delightful company of the dogs, and the amazing food and wine made our trip truly special. We even had the pleasure of tasting some of the most delicious jams we've ever had, especially the incredible quince and peach varieties! A highlight was undoubtedly the cellar tour and tasting of the delicious port wines. Our hosts were incredibly kind, caring, and shared so much knowledge (along with some truly wonderful cooking!). This has easily been one of our favorite stays ever and will be hard to beat. We highly recommend this farmhouse for anyone seeking a genuine Portuguese experience and a wonderfully relaxing stay amidst beautiful surroundings, a gorgeous pool, and lovely gardens. We'll definitely be back!

Dinner and breakfast excellent. finish and quality of property first rate and a tribute to Christina and Antonio who, together with their son Eduardo, make excellent hosts. Only booked one night but would have stayed longer if itinary allowed. Plenty of free parking around as hotel is part of a small village. I classified location as good only because access roads are fairly precipitous. Otherwise location is superb. Eduardo provided transport to a local quinta for a visit and tasting at no extra cost. A true family business who cares!

It was incredibly clean and light. Very comfortable. The help from a very kind gentleman in the breakfast room with tea in our room( we English!) was over and above his duties whilst the breakfast was superb. Wonderful village on the Douro and wished we could have stayed longer.
